Role & Responsibilities
- Act as a front-line brand ambassador, delivering elevated, personalised service in accordance with Coach style and service standards.
- Build and maintain lasting client relationships through personalised styling, product expertise and proactive follow-up to drive repeat business.
- Achieve individual and store sales targets through cross-selling, upselling and execution of personal sales plans; contribute to team KPIs.
- Execute omni-channel selling using Mobile POS, clienteling tools and social selling (including short-form video) to capture customer data and convert sales.
- Manage daily store operations: cash wrap, transaction processing (purchases, returns, exchanges, online pickups), inventory receipt and replenishment.
- Maintain visual merchandising standards, shopfloor presentation and stockroom organisation; assist in inventory cycles and stock management.
- Adhere to retail policies including asset protection, POS procedures and loss-prevention protocols.
- Support teammates across functional areas, foster a collaborative team environment and participate in brand training and inclusion initiatives.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of sales experience; luxury retail experience preferred. A combination of education and experience will be considered.
- Proven POS operation skills and basic computer proficiency (iPad/laptop); familiarity with Mobile POS and walkie‑talkie use.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, peak season and public holidays.
- Physical capability to lift regularly up to 25 lb and occasionally up to 50 lb; able to climb, bend, kneel and manage stockroom activity.
- Strong English language proficiency.
- Preferred: social media savvy, experience with live‑stream shopping or video demos, clienteling and data acquisition skills.

Minimum of 1 year of retail sales experience; prior luxury or premium brand retail experience strongly preferred.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent preferred; combination of education and experience accepted.
