Coach seeks a Sales Associate to serve as a front-line brand ambassador delivering elevated, personalized shopping experiences. This temporary position combines luxury retail service, omni-channel selling, and team collaboration to drive brand loyalty and revenue through relationship-building, product expertise, and cross-selling while managing daily store operations and inventory management.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Represent Coach as a brand ambassador, adhering to the Coach Guide to Style and Service standards
  • Build lasting client relationships through personalized styling, product expertise, and fashion advice
  • Drive sales through cross-selling, upselling, and tailored product recommendations
  • Utilize mobile POS, clienteling tools, and social selling platforms including short-form video to capture data and encourage repeat purchases
  • Develop and execute personal sales plans to meet or exceed individual and team KPIs
  • Source new customers, maintain relationships, and follow up to close sales
  • Maintain high energy on the sales floor, manage multiple customers simultaneously, and adapt selling techniques to business needs
  • Complete daily operational tasks including cash wrap, inventory processing, replenishment, and visual merchandising while maintaining service standards
  • Keep sales floor and stockroom clean, organized, and stocked while adhering to retail policies, POS procedures, and asset protection protocols
  • Process transactions efficiently including purchases, returns, exchanges, and online order pickups
  • Support inventory cycles by receiving shipments, stocking shelves, and managing product movement
  • Foster a collaborative, trust-based team environment and encourage peer performance
  • Participate in brand initiatives, training programs, and inclusion activities
  • Maintain professional composure, welcome feedback, and adapt behaviors as needed

Qualifications

  • 1+ years of sales experience (luxury retail preferred)
  • Knowledge of fashion trends and competitive market landscape
  • Proficiency with POS systems, basic computer skills (iPad and laptop), Mobile POS operation, and walkie-talkie use
  • Ability to read and interpret price sheets and product release materials
  • Strong English language proficiency
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with flexible scheduling including nights, weekends, and peak trading periods
  • Physical capability to lift at least 25 lbs regularly (up to 50 lbs occasionally), climb, bend, kneel, and maneuver throughout sales floor and stockroom

Experience

High school diploma or equivalent; a combination of relevant education and sales experience will be considered.

Compensation

The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 15 to USD 19.50 per hour.
