Role & Responsibilities

  • Represent Coach as a brand ambassador, adhering to the Coach Guide to Style and Service standards
  • Build lasting client relationships through personalized styling, product expertise, and fashion advice
  • Drive sales through cross-selling, upselling, and tailored recommendations
  • Utilize mobile POS, clienteling tools, and social selling platforms including short-form video to capture data and encourage repeat purchases
  • Develop and execute personal sales plans to meet or exceed individual and team KPIs
  • Source new customers, maintain relationships, and follow up to close sales
  • Maintain high energy on the floor, manage multiple customers simultaneously, and adapt selling techniques to business needs
  • Complete daily operational tasks including cash wrap, inventory processing, replenishment, and visual merchandising while maintaining service standards
  • Keep sales floor and stockroom clean, organized, and fully stocked while adhering to retail policies, POS procedures, and asset protection protocols
  • Process transactions efficiently including purchases, returns, exchanges, and online pickups
  • Support inventory cycles by receiving shipments, stocking shelves, and managing product movement
  • Assist teammates in functional areas as required
  • Foster a collaborative, trust-based environment and encourage overall team performance
  • Participate in brand initiatives, training programs, and inclusion activities
  • Welcome feedback, adapt behaviors, and maintain a calm, professional demeanor in all interactions

Qualifications

  • Minimum 1+ years of sales experience (luxury retail preferred)
  • Knowledge of current fashion trends and competitive landscape
  • Experience with POS operation and mobile POS systems
  • Basic computer proficiency including iPad, laptop, and mobile technology
  • Ability to read price sheets, release sheets, and related retail documentation
  • Strong English language proficiency
  • Physical capability to lift at least 25 lbs regularly (up to 50 lbs occasionally), climb, bend, kneel, and navigate the sales floor and stockroom
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, peak seasons, and public holidays

Experience

1+ years of sales experience in retail, with luxury retail experience preferred. Education

High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or relevant retail certifications may be considered as complementary qualifications.
