Role & Responsibilities

  • Act as the front‑line ambassador for the Coach brand, delivering elevated, personalized customer service in line with Coach Guide to Style and Service standards.
  • Build and maintain lasting client relationships through personalized styling, product expertise and proactive follow‑up to drive repeat business.
  • Drive sales through cross‑selling, upselling and tailored recommendations; develop and execute personal sales plans to meet individual and store KPIs.
  • Leverage omni‑channel tools—mobile POS, clienteling platforms and social selling (including short‑form video)—to capture client data and close sales.
  • Perform daily store operations including cash wrap transactions (purchases, returns, exchanges, online pickups), inventory processing, replenishment and basic visual merchandising.
  • Receive shipments, replenish stock, manage product movement and assist with inventory cycles while maintaining a tidy sales floor and stockroom.
  • Support teammates across functional areas, foster a collaborative environment and participate in brand trainings and inclusion activities.
  • Adhere to retail policies and asset protection procedures; maintain a calm, professional demeanour and welcome constructive feedback.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 1+ years of sales experience; luxury retail experience strongly preferred.
  • Experience operating POS systems and mobile POS on devices such as iPad; basic computer proficiency (laptop/tablet).
  • Proven clienteling and data acquisition ability; social media savvy with experience in short‑form video or live‑stream shopping preferred.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, peak seasons and public holidays.
  • Ability to lift regularly up to 25 lbs and occasionally up to 50 lbs; able to climb, bend, kneel and navigate the sales floor and stockroom.
  • Strong English language proficiency.

Experience

High school diploma or equivalent; vocational retail, fashion or customer service training is a plus. A combination of education and relevant experience will be considered.
