Role & Responsibilities
- Serve as the front-line ambassador of the Coach brand, delivering elevated, personalized customer experiences consistent with Coach Guide to Style and Service standards.
- Drive individual and store sales through consultative selling, cross-selling, upselling and tailored styling recommendations.
- Use mobile POS, clienteling tools and social selling channels (including short-form video) to capture customer data, process transactions, and support omni-channel conversion.
- Develop and execute personal sales plans and meet or exceed individual and team KPIs.
- Source new customers, maintain client relationships and perform follow-up to close sales and encourage repeat purchases.
- Maintain sales floor and stockroom presentation standards, complete operational tasks (inventory processing, replenishment, visual merchandising) and support inventory cycles.
- Adhere to retail policies, POS procedures and asset protection protocols while efficiently processing purchases, returns, exchanges and online order pickups.
- Support colleagues across functional areas, contribute to a collaborative team environment and participate in brand training and inclusion initiatives.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of sales experience; luxury retail experience strongly preferred.
- Demonstrable proficiency operating POS systems and basic computing devices (iPad/laptop, Mobile POS).
- Strong English language proficiency required.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, peak season and public holidays.
- Physical ability to lift at least 25 lbs regularly (up to 50 lbs occasionally), climb, bend, kneel and manage stockroom activity.

Experience
At least one year of retail sales experience is required; prior experience in luxury retail, social selling (short-form video or live-stream shopping), and clienteling/data capture is preferred.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; additional retail, fashion or customer service training is a plus.

Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 15 to USD 19.50 per hour.
