Role & Responsibilities
- Serve as a frontline ambassador of the Coach brand, applying Coach Guide to Style and Service standards to every client interaction.
- Deliver personalised styling and product expertise to build lasting client relationships and drive repeat business.
- Achieve individual and store sales targets through cross-selling, upselling and tailored recommendations; develop and execute personal sales plans.
- Use mobile POS, clienteling tools and social selling platforms (including short-form video) to capture client data and facilitate purchases.
- Manage daily store operations including cash wrap, inventory receiving and processing, replenishment and visual merchandising.
- Process transactions efficiently (purchases, returns, exchanges, online order pickups) while following POS and asset-protection procedures.
- Maintain a well-organised, stocked and service-ready sales floor and stockroom; support inventory cycles and product movement.
- Support teammates across functional areas, foster a collaborative environment and participate in brand initiatives and training.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of sales experience; luxury retail experience strongly preferred. A combination of education and experience will be considered.
- Proficiency with POS operation and basic computer devices (iPad/laptop); comfortable using mobile POS and walkie-talkie.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, peak season and public holidays.
- Physical ability to lift regularly at least 25 lbs (up to 50 lbs occasionally), and to climb, bend, kneel and manoeuvre stockroom and sales floor.
- Strong English proficiency.
Skills
Experience
At least 1 year of sales experience, ideally within luxury or fashion retail; demonstrated ability to meet sales KPIs, deliver personalised service and use digital clienteling or social selling channels.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; a combination of education and relevant retail experience will be considered.

Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 15 to USD 19.50 per hour.
