Role & Responsibilities
- Act as the front‑line ambassador of the Coach brand, delivering elevated, personalized service in accordance with Coach Guide to Style and Service standards.
- Build and maintain lasting client relationships through product expertise, personalized styling and proactive follow-up to drive repeat purchases and loyalty.
- Drive sales performance through cross‑selling, upselling and execution of individual sales plans to meet or exceed KPIs.
- Use mobile POS, clienteling tools and social selling platforms (including short‑form video) to capture customer data and convert interactions into sales.
- Execute daily store operations: process transactions (purchases, returns, exchanges, online pickups), manage cash wrap, receive shipments, stock merchandise and support inventory cycles.
- Maintain visual merchandising standards, keep sales floor and stockroom organized and compliant with asset protection procedures.
- Adapt rapidly to a high‑traffic retail environment, manage multiple customers simultaneously, and support teammates across functional areas.
- Participate in brand initiatives, training and inclusion activities; accept feedback and demonstrate professional, calm conduct on the sales floor.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of retail sales experience; luxury retail experience preferred. Combination of education and experience will be considered.
- Proficiency with POS operation and basic computer devices (iPad/laptop); familiarity with mobile POS, clienteling tools and walkie‑talkie use.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, public holidays and peak retail periods.
- Ability to lift at least 25 lb regularly (up to 50 lb occasionally), climb, bend, kneel and maneuver in sales floor and stockroom environments.
- Strong English language proficiency required; social media savviness and experience with live‑stream shopping or video demos preferred.
Skills
Experience
At least 1 year of sales experience is required; prior luxury retail experience is preferred. Demonstrated success meeting individual sales targets and working in fast‑paced, KPI-driven retail environments is expected.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; combination of education and relevant retail experience will be considered.

The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 15 to USD 19.50 per hour.
