Role & Responsibilities
- Serve as the front‑line ambassador for the Coach brand, consistently applying the Coach Guide to Style and Service.
- Deliver elevated, personalised shopping experiences through styling, product expertise and thoughtful recommendations to build long‑term client relationships.
- Drive individual and store sales performance via cross‑selling, upselling and execution of personal sales plans to meet or exceed KPIs.
- Use mobile POS, clienteling tools and social selling channels (including short‑form video) to capture customer data, close sales and encourage repeat visits.
- Process transactions efficiently (purchases, returns, exchanges, online pickups) and support daily operational tasks including cash wrap, inventory processing and replenishment.
- Maintain visual merchandising standards and keep the sales floor and stockroom clean, organised and fully stocked while following asset‑protection procedures.
- Support inventory cycles: receive shipments, stock shelves and manage product movement.
- Collaborate with teammates across functional areas, participate in brand initiatives and trainings, and contribute to a trust‑based team environment.
Qualifications
- 1+ years of sales experience; luxury retail experience preferred. A combination of education and experience will be considered.
- Proven experience operating POS systems and mobile devices (iPad/laptop, Mobile POS); ability to read price/release sheets.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, peak season and public holidays.
- Physically able to lift at least 25 lb regularly (up to 50 lb occasionally) and to climb, bend, kneel and manoeuvre in a stockroom environment.
- Strong English proficiency.
- Social‑media savvy with experience or interest in live‑stream shopping, video demos and social selling (preferred).

Experience
Minimum one year of retail or sales experience; prior experience in luxury or premium fashion retail is preferred.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; combination of education and relevant experience will be considered.

The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 15 to USD 19.50 per hour.
