Coach Sales Associate position in Ipoh, Malaysia. Luxury retail sales role combining personalized service, omni-channel selling, and team collaboration.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Represent Coach as a brand ambassador, upholding the Coach Guide to Style and Service standards
  • Build lasting client relationships through personalized styling, product expertise, and fashion advice
  • Drive sales through cross-selling, upselling, and tailored recommendations
  • Utilize mobile POS, clienteling tools, and social selling platforms to capture customer data and encourage repeat purchases
  • Develop and execute personal sales plans; meet or exceed individual and team KPIs
  • Source new customers, maintain relationships, and follow up to close sales
  • Maintain high energy and engagement on the sales floor while managing multiple customers simultaneously
  • Complete daily operational tasks including cash wrap, inventory processing, replenishment, and visual merchandising
  • Maintain sales floor and stockroom organization; follow retail policies, POS procedures, and asset protection protocols
  • Process transactions efficiently including purchases, returns, exchanges, and online order pickups
  • Support inventory cycles by receiving shipments, stocking shelves, and managing product movement
  • Assist teammates across functional areas as required
  • Foster a collaborative, trust-based environment and encourage team performance
  • Participate in brand initiatives, training programs, and inclusion activities

Qualifications

  • 1+ years of sales experience in retail, with luxury retail experience preferred
  • Proficiency with POS systems, mobile POS platforms, and basic computer literacy (iPad, laptop, walkie-talkie)
  • Ability to read price and product release sheets
  • Strong English language proficiency
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment
  • Flexibility to work nights, weekends, peak seasons, and public holidays as required

Experience
