Coach is hiring a Sales Associate in Ingolstadt, Germany to deliver personalised luxury retail experiences at Coach Ingolstadt Outlet.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Serve as the frontline ambassador of the Coach brand, delivering an elevated, personalised luxury shopping experience and adhering to Coach Guide to Style and Service standards.
  • Build and maintain lasting client relationships through personalised styling, product expertise and proactive follow-up to capture and grow lifetime value.
  • Drive sales performance through cross-selling, upselling, tailored recommendations and execution of personal sales plans to meet individual and store KPIs.
  • Operate mobile POS and in-store technology to process transactions, manage online order pickups, and capture client data for clienteling and repeat business.
  • Utilise clienteling tools and social selling (including short-form video and live-stream formats) to acquire data, generate interest and convert sales.
  • Support daily store operations including inventory receiving, replenishment, visual merchandising, stockroom management and asset protection procedures.
  • Manage multiple customers on the sales floor with high energy; adapt selling techniques to business needs and participate in store initiatives and training programs.
  • Contribute to a collaborative team environment, assist teammates across functional areas and participate in inclusion and brand activities.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 1+ years of sales experience; luxury retail experience strongly preferred. A combination of education and relevant experience will be considered.
  • Proven ability to operate POS systems and mobile point-of-sale devices (iPad/laptop); comfortable using walkie-talkies and reading price/release sheets.
  • Demonstrable clienteling and data-acquisition skills; social media savvy with experience in short-form video or live-stream shopping is preferred.
  • Ability to work a flexible retail schedule including nights, weekends, peak seasons and public holidays.
  • Strong English proficiency required.

Experience

At least 1 year of retail sales experience is required; prior experience in luxury retail, omni‑channel selling or clienteling is preferred.

Education

High school diploma or equivalent; vocational retail or tertiary qualification in retail/commerce is advantageous. A combination of formal education and practical retail experience will be considered.
