Coach in Indianapolis hiring a part‑time Sales Associate to deliver luxury retail experiences and drive omni‑channel sales.
Role & Responsibilities
- Act as the front‑line ambassador for the Coach brand, delivering elevated, personalised service consistent with Coach Guide to Style and Service standards.
- Build and maintain lasting client relationships through styling, product expertise and proactive follow‑up to drive repeat business.
- Achieve individual and store sales targets via cross‑selling, upselling and execution of personal sales plans; contribute to team KPIs.
- Utilise Mobile POS, clienteling tools and social selling (including short‑form video) to capture customer data and convert sales across channels.
- Support daily store operations: process transactions (purchases, returns, exchanges, online pickups), manage inventory cycles and maintain visual merchandising standards.
- Maintain an organised, clean and stocked sales floor and stockroom; adhere to POS, asset protection and retail policies.
- Adapt quickly on the sales floor, manage multiple customers, and assist teammates across functional areas when required.
- Participate in brand initiatives, training programmes and inclusion activities; welcome feedback and demonstrate professional composure.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of sales experience; luxury retail experience preferred. A combination of education and experience will be considered.
- Proficient with POS operation and basic computer devices (iPad/laptop) and comfortable using Mobile POS and walkie‑talkies.
- Strong English language proficiency.
- Social‑media savvy; experience with live‑stream shopping or video demos and clienteling/data acquisition is preferred.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, peak seasons and public holidays.
- Ability to lift regularly up to 25 lbs and occasionally up to 50 lbs; able to climb, bend, kneel and manoeuvre in a retail environment.

Experience
At least one year of retail or sales experience is required; prior experience in luxury retail, clienteling and social selling (including live‑stream or video demos) is strongly preferred.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; a combination of formal education and relevant retail experience will be considered.

The successful candidate will be located in Indianapolis, Indiana, USA.
Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 15 to USD 19.50 per hour.
