Role & Responsibilities
- Act as the front-line ambassador for the Coach brand, consistently applying the Coach Guide to Style and Service to deliver a refined customer experience.
- Cultivate and maintain lasting client relationships through personalised styling, product expertise, and proactive follow-up to drive repeat business and lifetime value.
- Achieve individual and store KPIs by executing personal sales plans, cross-selling, upselling, and closing transactions across channels.
- Operate mobile POS and clienteling tools to capture customer data, process purchases/returns/exchanges, and fulfil online order pickups.
- Leverage social selling and short-form video to engage customers and expand brand reach; participate in live-stream shopping and video demonstrations as required.
- Support daily store operations including inventory receiving, replenishment, visual merchandising, stockroom organisation, and asset-protection procedures.
- Maintain high-floor energy and service standards during peak periods; manage multiple customers while adapting selling techniques to business needs.
- Contribute to a collaborative team environment, participate in brand initiatives and training, and implement feedback to sustain professional conduct.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of sales experience; luxury retail experience strongly preferred.
- Proven capability with POS systems and basic computer devices (iPad/laptop); comfortable using mobile POS and walkie‑talkies.
- Demonstrable clienteling and data-acquisition skills; social media savvy with experience in short-form video or live-stream shopping preferred.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, peak seasons and public holidays.
- Strong English language proficiency.

Experience
At least 1 year of retail sales experience, preferably within luxury fashion or accessories; demonstrated success meeting sales targets and familiarity with omnichannel selling and clienteling technologies. Experience creating social content or participating in live commerce is an advantage.
Education
No formal degree required; a combination of education and relevant retail experience will be considered.
