Role & Responsibilities
- Act as the front-line ambassador for the Coach brand, consistently applying the Coach Guide to Style and Service.
- Deliver a personalized, elevated shopping experience through styling advice, product knowledge and relationship building to drive loyalty and repeat business.
- Execute omni-channel selling using mobile POS, clienteling tools and social selling (including short-form video and live-stream shopping) to capture customer data and close sales.
- Develop and execute personal sales plans; achieve or exceed individual and store KPIs through cross-selling, upselling and proactive prospecting.
- Manage transactional duties efficiently (sales, returns, exchanges, online order pickups) and follow asset protection and POS procedures.
- Support daily store operations including cash wrap, receiving and processing shipments, inventory cycles, replenishment and visual merchandising.
- Maintain a high-energy, organized sales floor and stockroom; assist teammates across functional areas and foster a collaborative environment.
- Participate in brand trainings, inclusion initiatives and performance feedback cycles; adapt behaviours based on coaching.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of sales experience; luxury retail experience preferred.
- Proficiency operating POS systems and mobile POS on devices such as iPad; comfortable with basic computer/tablet workflows.
- Demonstrated clienteling and data-acquisition skills; social-media savvy with experience in short-form video, live-stream shopping or video demos preferred.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, peak seasons and public holidays.
- Physical capability to lift 25 lb regularly (up to 50 lb occasionally), climb, bend, kneel and safely manoeuvre stockroom and sales floor items.
- Strong English language proficiency.

Experience
At least 1 year of sales experience; prior luxury or premium retail experience preferred and valued for product and client knowledge.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; a combination of education and relevant retail experience will be considered.

Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 15 to USD 24.25 per hour.
