Role & Responsibilities

  • Act as the front-line ambassador for the Coach brand, delivering elevated, personalized customer service in accordance with Coach style and service standards.
  • Build and maintain lasting client relationships through personalized styling, product expertise, and proactive follow-up to drive repeat purchases.
  • Execute omni-channel sales using mobile POS, clienteling tools, and social selling (including short-form video) to capture customer data and increase conversion.
  • Meet and exceed individual and store KPIs through cross-selling, upselling, and execution of personal sales plans.
  • Manage daily store operations: process transactions (purchases, returns, exchanges, online pickups), maintain cash wrap, receive and process inventory, replenish stock, and uphold visual merchandising standards.
  • Maintain sales floor and stockroom organization; follow POS, asset protection, and retail policy procedures.
  • Support teammates across functional areas, foster a collaborative trust-based environment, and participate in brand training and inclusion initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 1 year of sales experience; luxury retail experience preferred. A combination of education and experience will be considered.
  • Proficiency with POS operation and basic computer devices (iPad, laptop) and familiarity with mobile POS workflows.
  • Strong English language proficiency.
  • Social media savvy with experience in live-stream shopping or video demos and clienteling/data-acquisition techniques (preferred).
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, peak seasons and public holidays.
  • Able to lift at least 25 lbs regularly (up to 50 lbs occasionally) and perform physical tasks on the sales floor and in the stockroom.

Experience

At least 1 year of retail sales experience; prior luxury retail or omni-channel selling experience is preferred, with proven ability to meet sales targets and execute clienteling strategies.

Education

High school diploma or equivalent; combination of education and relevant retail experience will be considered.

Compensation

The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 15 to USD 24.25 per hour.
