Coach in Schaumburg, IL is hiring a Sales Associate III to deliver luxury client service and drive retail sales (full-time).
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver distinguished, client-focused service to develop and retain relationships with luxury customers and meet store sales targets.
- Operate point-of-sale systems, process transactions, manage returns and maintain accurate cash handling procedures.
- Execute visual merchandising and presentation standards to uphold brand aesthetics across the selling floor.
- Receive, replenish and organise inventory in the sales floor and stockroom; assist with stockroom operations and inventory counts.
- Support loss-prevention protocols and ensure compliance with company policies and brand standards.
- Adapt to changing priorities on the sales floor, contribute to team goals and participate in ongoing product and service training.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift at least 25 lbs regularly and up to 50 lbs occasionally; capacity to climb, bend, kneel and manoeuvre within the store and stockroom.
- Demonstrated customer focus with the ability to build rapport and trust with a diverse clientele.
- Flexible availability including weekends, holidays and peak retail periods.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented, fast-paced retail environment.
- Comfortable working with ambiguity and shifting priorities; a results-driven mindset.
Skills
Experience
1–3 years of retail or luxury client-facing experience is preferred, with a proven record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and familiarity operating POS systems.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
