Role & Responsibilities

  • Act as the front-line ambassador of the Coach brand, delivering elevated, personalized shopping experiences in accordance with Coach’s Guide to Style and Service.
  • Build and maintain lasting client relationships through personalized styling, product expertise and proactive clienteling.
  • Drive individual and store sales by cross-selling, upselling and executing tailored recommendations to meet KPIs.
  • Leverage Mobile POS, clienteling tools and social selling platforms (including short-form video) to capture customer data and convert repeat purchases.
  • Execute daily operational tasks: cash wrap, inventory receiving and processing, replenishment, visual merchandising and online order fulfilment (pickups/returns/exchanges).
  • Maintain sales floor and stockroom standards: cleanliness, organization, appropriate stock levels and adherence to asset protection policies.
  • Support inventory cycles and assist teammates across functional areas as required.
  • Participate in brand initiatives, training, inclusion activities and welcome feedback to refine selling behaviours.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 1+ years of sales experience; luxury retail experience preferred. A combination of relevant education and experience will be considered.
  • Experience operating POS systems and performing basic computer tasks on iPad/laptop; familiarity with Mobile POS and walkie-talkie use.
  • Proven clienteling and data-acquisition capability; social-media savvy with experience in live-stream shopping or video demos preferred.
  • Strong English language proficiency.
  • Ability to work a flexible retail schedule including nights, weekends, holidays and peak-season shifts.
  • Ability to lift regularly up to 25 lbs (occasionally up to 50 lbs), and perform physical tasks such as climbing, bending and kneeling.

Experience
