Coach is hiring a Sales Associate III in Orlando, FL (International Drive) to drive luxury sales and client experiences at its boutique.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets through proactive client engagement and consultative selling.
  • Develop and maintain a personal client portfolio using clienteling techniques to drive repeat business and lifetime value.
  • Deliver an elevated, product-led customer experience consistent with brand standards and luxury service protocols.
  • Support visual merchandising and floor sets to ensure the boutique reflects seasonal directives and brand presentation guidelines.
  • Process transactions accurately using POS systems, manage fitting-room flow and ensure premium after-sales service.
  • Manage inventory activities including stock replenishment, receiving, stock counts and basic discrepancy resolution.
  • Enforce loss-prevention procedures and maintain store standards for safety, security and asset protection.
  • Coach and mentor junior sales staff; share product knowledge and contribute to team development.

Qualifications

  • Proven retail sales experience, preferably within luxury fashion or leather goods (typically 2+ years).
  • Demonstrable track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and KPIs.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with a strong aptitude for relationship building and clienteling.
  • Ability to work a flexible retail schedule including evenings, weekends and public holidays.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high visual and operational standards.
