Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional, personalized service to high-value and walk-in clients to meet and exceed individual and store sales targets.

  • Act as a floor leader during peak periods: coach and mentor junior associates, coordinate service flow and assist in driving KPI performance.

Qualifications

  • Proven track record in luxury or premium-brand retail sales with demonstrable sales results and client development.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with an aptitude for consultative selling and relationship management.
  • Flexible availability including evenings, weekends and holidays; ability to work retail shift patterns.
  • Professional presentation and a thorough knowledge of product craftsmanship, materials and care.

Experience
