Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver an exceptional, personalised client experience consistent with Coach’s luxury positioning, achieving individual and store sales targets.
- Proactively build and maintain client relationships through clienteling activities, follow-up and CRM entries to drive repeat business.
- Conduct sales transactions accurately using point-of-sale systems and adhere to cash-handling and reconciliation procedures.
- Execute visual merchandising standards, maintain boutique presentation and ensure product floor readiness.
- Manage inventory activities including stock reception, replenishment, transfers and cycle counts while supporting loss-prevention protocols.
- Keep abreast of product knowledge, brand stories and seasonal campaigns, and communicate these to clients and colleagues.
- Collaborate with store leadership and peers to support store operations, opening/closing procedures and targeted selling events.
Qualifications
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets within luxury or premium retail environments.
- Outstanding interpersonal and customer-service skills with an aptitude for building long-term client relationships.
- Numerical accuracy and integrity in cash handling and transactional duties.
- Flexible availability to work retail hours including evenings, weekends and peak seasonal periods.
- Professional demeanour, polished presentation and strong verbal communication.

Typically 2+ years of direct sales experience in luxury, premium fashion, or accessories retail with demonstrable sales performance and client development history.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; post-secondary studies in retail, fashion or business preferred.
