Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional, personalised client service and build long-term client relationships through proactive clienteling and follow-up.
  • Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets through consultative selling, upselling and cross-selling of product categories.
  • Maintain expert product knowledge and communicate the brand's heritage, craftsmanship and seasonal stories to clients.
  • Manage store operations including sales transactions, cash handling, returns, store opening/closing and adherence to loss-prevention procedures.
  • Support visual merchandising standards and ensure the sales floor and displays reflect brand guidelines and seasonal campaigns.
  • Assist with client events, private appointments and trunk shows to drive traffic and deepen client engagement.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of retail sales experience, preferably within luxury or premium fashion.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and strong clienteling ability.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a polished, client-facing demeanor.
  • Availability to work retail hours including evenings, weekends and peak holiday periods.
  • Right to work in the United States (or the country of employment) and ability to complete required onboarding checks.

Experience
