Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional, personalised service to clients through active listening, product storytelling and consultative selling to achieve individual and store sales targets.
- Develop and maintain long‑term client relationships via clienteling activities, follow-ups and CRM updates to drive repeat business and lifetime value.
- Execute store visual merchandising standards, maintain product presentation and ensure stock is replenished to brand guidelines.
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems, handle cash and card payments and ensure proper reconciliation procedures.
- Support inventory management including receiving, tagging, stock counts and shrink prevention best practices.
- Contribute to store KPI tracking, participate in sales meetings and collaborate with the management team to implement promotions and events.
Qualifications
- Proven retail sales experience, preferably within a premium or luxury fashion brand.
- Demonstrable clienteling skills and a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Professional, polished presentation and excellent interpersonal communication.
- Reliable availability including weekends, evenings and seasonal peak periods.
- Ability to perform physical retail tasks (standing for extended periods, lifting and moving merchandise).

Experience
Typically 2+ years of direct retail sales experience with demonstrated success in luxury or premium-brand environments; experience using CRM and POS systems is preferred.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; formal training or certification in retail, fashion or luxury brand management is advantageous.
