Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exemplary, relationship-driven client service to cultivate repeat business and long-term client loyalty.
- Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets and KPIs through proactive prospecting and clienteling.
- Manage daily selling activities including consultations, private appointments, and follow-up communications using CRM/clienteling methods.
- Execute visual merchandising standards, ensure product presentation aligns with brand directives and support store floor moves.
- Process transactions accurately, handle cash and card payments, and reconcile sales records while following loss-prevention procedures.
- Support inventory control: receive, tag and replenish merchandise, conduct stock counts and report discrepancies.
- Mentor and support junior sales staff when required and contribute to a collaborative, service-oriented store environment.
Qualifications
- Proven track record of delivering results in retail sales, preferably within luxury, premium or fashion categories.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a strong client-focused mindset.
- Professional grooming and presentation consistent with a luxury retail environment.
- Flexible availability including evenings, weekends and holiday periods.
- Authorization to work in the country of employment.
Skills
Experience
Typically 2+ years of retail sales experience, with demonstrable success in meeting sales targets; experience in luxury or premium brands and familiarity with clienteling practices preferred.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training or coursework in retail, fashion, or hospitality is advantageous.
