Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional, personalised client service and build long‑term client relationships through active clienteling and follow‑up.
  • Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets and KPIs through consultative selling and product expertise.
  • Maintain visual merchandising and presentation standards consistent with brand guidelines and seasonal directives.
  • Operate point‑of‑sale (POS) systems accurately, process transactions and manage returns/exchanges in line with store policy.
  • Support inventory management, including stock replenishment, cycle counts and loss prevention procedures.
  • Participate in training, team meetings and product launches to maintain up‑to‑date product knowledge and selling skills.

Qualifications

  • Proven ability to deliver high‑quality client service in a luxury retail environment.
  • Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills with a client‑first mindset.
  • Demonstrated sales orientation with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
