Role & Responsibilities
- Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets through proactive selling and disciplined clienteling.
- Develop and sustain long-term client relationships through personalized service, follow-up and tailored product recommendations.
- Deliver an elevated, brand-consistent customer experience on the sales floor and at point of sale.
- Execute visual merchandising and store presentation standards to reflect product storytelling and seasonal directives.
- Process transactions accurately using the point-of-sale system and manage cash handling procedures.
- Support inventory control activities including stock replenishment, receiving, cycle counts and shrink prevention.
- Collaborate with the store team and management to maintain operational excellence and meet KPIs.
- Adhere to brand policies, loss-prevention protocols and health & safety requirements.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of retail sales experience, preferably within luxury, premium or fashion brands.
- Proven ability to meet sales targets and practise effective clienteling.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with a polished, professional demeanour.
- Flexible availability, including weekends, evenings and peak holiday periods.
- Legal authorization to work in the country of employment.

Experience
At least 2 years of hands-on experience in retail sales, ideally within a luxury or premium fashion environment, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and building repeat clientele.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; vocational or tertiary studies in retail, fashion or hospitality preferred.
