Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver a refined, personalised client experience that drives conversion and builds long-term relationships (clienteling).
- Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets and KPI expectations through proactive selling and follow-up.
- Maintain expert product knowledge of Coach collections—materials, construction, styling and heritage—to advise clients and position product appropriately.
- Execute visual merchandising and floor standards to ensure the boutique reflects brand presentation guidelines.
- Operate POS systems, manage cash and card transactions accurately, and assist with returns and exchanges in accordance with policy.
- Support inventory control activities, receive stock, process transfers, and participate in loss-prevention procedures.
- Contribute to team training, participate in store meetings and product launches, and represent the brand at client events as required.
Qualifications
- Proven track record of achieving retail sales targets, preferably within luxury fashion or leather goods.
- Polished professional presentation and exceptional interpersonal skills; a client-focused demeanour.
- Flexibility to work retail hours including evenings, weekends and peak seasonal periods.
- Strong numeracy and transactional accuracy; reliable handling of cash and POS operations.
- Right to work in the hiring country and ability to meet any local employment checks.

Experience
Typically 2+ years of direct retail sales experience, with preference for candidates from luxury fashion, accessories or leather-goods environments and a demonstrable history of client acquisition and retention.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training or retail-specific certification preferred but not required.
