Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver elevated client experiences through proactive outreach, personalised clienteling and meticulous after‑sales service to build long‑term relationships and repeat business.
  • Consistently meet and exceed individual and store sales targets while maintaining KPI discipline and accurate transaction handling.
  • Implement and maintain visual merchandising standards to reflect brand campaigns and optimize product presentation and sell‑through.
  • Manage stockroom and inventory processes including receiving, replenishment, stock counts and loss prevention protocols.
  • Operate point‑of‑sale systems accurately, process transactions and maintain cash and reconciliation procedures.
  • Support store operations such as opening/closing duties, shift coordination and ad hoc administrative tasks.
  • Coach and mentor junior sales staff; share product knowledge and selling techniques to elevate team performance.
