Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver exemplary, personalized client service to high-value and walk-in customers, converting interactions into sales and long-term relationships.
  • Execute proactive clienteling activities, including outreach, appointment setting and follow-up to drive repeat business and lifetime value.
  • Achieve and exceed individual sales targets and KPI metrics through consultative selling and strong product presentation.
  • Maintain visual merchandising standards and ensure the selling floor reflects seasonal directives and brand guidelines.
  • Manage transactions, returns and cash handling accurately using the store POS; ensure compliance with loss-prevention policies.
  • Support inventory management including stock replenishment, receiving, cycle counts and documentation of discrepancies.
  • Act as a brand ambassador by conveying product knowledge, quality details and the Coach heritage to customers.
  • Mentor and support junior sales colleagues, sharing best practices in client service and sales techniques when appropriate.

Qualifications

  • Proven track record in luxury or premium retail sales, typically 2+ years at a comparable brand or environment.
  • Demonstrable ability to meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a consultative, client-focused approach.
  • Strong attention to visual detail and familiarity with luxury merchandising standards.
  • Reliable, punctual and able to work retail hours including evenings, weekends and peak seasons.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; post-secondary education in fashion, retail or business is advantageous.
