Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver an elevated, client-focused shopping experience that supports the store's sales targets and brand standards.
  • Build and maintain long-term client relationships through proactive clienteling, follow-up and personalized service.
  • Execute visual merchandising directives to ensure the selling floor reflects seasonal concepts and brand presentation standards.
  • Operate the point-of-sale system, handle transactions and maintain accurate cash handling and reconciliation procedures.
  • Manage stockroom organization, inventory intake and floor replenishment to optimize product availability.
  • Maintain thorough product knowledge and communicate features, craftsmanship and service offerings to clients.
  • Support opening and closing procedures, daily reporting and ad hoc store tasks as required.
  • Collaborate with the store team and management to achieve KPIs and participate in training and brand initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Proven customer service orientation with polished interpersonal skills and impeccable personal presentation.
  • Strong verbal communication and active listening skills; ability to advise and upsell tactfully.
  • Capacity to work a retail schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays.
  • Authorization to work in the United States (if applying for the New York location).
  • Professional discretion and respect for client confidentiality.

Experience
