Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exemplary, personalized client service that fosters long-term relationships and drives repeat business.
- Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets through consultative selling and effective clienteling.
- Develop and maintain deep product knowledge of Coach collections, materials, and craftsmanship to advise clients accurately.
- Execute visual merchandising and store standards to uphold the brand aesthetic and seasonal directives.
- Manage POS transactions, returns, and gift services with accuracy; ensure cash-handling and reconciliation procedures are followed.
- Build and manage a client book using CRM/clienteling tools; proactively conduct outreach and follow-up to maximize sales opportunities.
- Assist with inventory management, stock replenishment, and loss-prevention protocols to protect merchandise integrity.
- Support store teamwork by collaborating on floor coverage, promotions, and events; represent the brand at trunk shows and client appointments as required.
Qualifications
- Proven aptitude for luxury retail sales with a client-focused approach and polished interpersonal skills.
- Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills; capable of delivering persuasive, consultative selling.
- Strong numerical accuracy for handling transactions and meeting sales targets.
- Flexible availability including evenings, weekends and holidays; comfort with prolonged standing and retail pace.
- Legal authorization to work in the country of employment.

Experience
Typically requires 2+ years of progressive experience in luxury or premium retail, with demonstrable success in meeting sales objectives and cultivating high-value client relationships. Prior exposure to handbags, leather goods, or accessories retail is highly advantageous.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent required; tertiary education in fashion, retail, or business is a plus but not mandatory.
