Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional, personalized client service to build long-term relationships and repeat business.
  • Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets through proactive clienteling, upselling and cross-selling.
  • Maintain expert product knowledge across categories to educate clients and tailor recommendations.
  • Manage client files and follow up using CRM tools to drive appointments, conversions and after‑sales service.
  • Execute visual merchandising standards and store resets to uphold brand presentation and commercial priorities.
  • Process transactions accurately using the point-of-sale system; handle cash and payments in accordance with policy.
  • Support stock management, inventory counts, replenishment and loss-prevention procedures.
  • Collaborate with store leadership on promotions, events and local marketing initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Proven track record in luxury or premium retail sales with measurable sales performance.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with an emphasis on consultative selling and relationship management.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends and peak retail periods.
  • Professional appearance and adherence to brand standards for client-facing roles.
  • Right to work in the hiring country and ability to pass any required background checks.
