Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional, personalised client service and cultivate long-term client relationships through proactive clienteling and follow-up.
- Consistently achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets through consultative selling and product storytelling.
- Maintain expert product knowledge across leather goods, accessories and seasonal collections to guide client selections and upsell complementary items.
- Execute visual merchandising standards and ensure the sales floor reflects brand presentation and luxury housekeeping expectations.
- Operate point-of-sale systems, process transactions accurately and adhere to cash handling and loss-prevention procedures.
- Support stock management activities including receiving, replenishment and inventory counts to preserve assortment integrity.
- Contribute to in-store events, client appointments and promotional initiatives; mentor and assist junior sales staff when required.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional coursework in retail, fashion or hospitality is advantageous.
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in luxury retail or premium fashion sales, with demonstrable achievement against sales targets.
- Proven ability to deliver high-touch client experiences and to build repeat business through clienteling.
- Flexible availability including evenings, weekends and peak holiday periods.
- Strong numeracy and organisational skills with meticulous attention to merchandising and store standards.

Education
High school diploma or equivalent; post-secondary study in retail, fashion, hospitality or a related discipline is a plus.
