Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional, personalised client service and proactive clienteling to build long-term relationships and drive repeat business.
  • Consistently achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets and KPIs through consultative selling and suggestive service.
  • Maintain elevated standards of presentation by executing visual merchandising, product placement and store floor resets according to brand directives.
  • Manage point-of-sale transactions, returns and exchanges accurately while adhering to cash-handling and reconciliation procedures.
  • Support inventory control, stock replenishment and receiving processes, including accurate tagging and inventory audits.
  • Act as an ambassador for the brand by maintaining up-to-date product knowledge across full collections and communicating features and craftsmanship to clients.
  • Support loss-prevention and operational procedures, and mentor junior sales colleagues when required.

Qualifications

  • Proven track record in retail sales, preferably within luxury fashion or accessories.
  • Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills with strong clienteling and relationship-building capability.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet measurable sales targets and KPIs.
  • Flexibility to work retail hours including evenings, weekends and peak seasonal periods.
