Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional, personalised client service and build long-term client relationships through proactive clienteling and after-sales follow-up.
- Consistently achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets and KPIs through consultative selling and product expertise.
- Execute visual merchandising standards and maintain presentation of product displays to brand guidelines.
- Process sales transactions, manage returns/exchanges and ensure accurate use of POS and CRM systems.
- Support inventory management, stock replenishment, receiving and loss-prevention procedures.
- Participate in store events, product launches and local marketing initiatives to drive footfall and conversion.
- Coach and mentor junior sales staff; model brand behaviours and contribute to a collaborative, service-driven team environment.
Qualifications
- Proven track record in luxury or premium retail sales with demonstrable results against targets.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with strong clienteling ability.
- Professional appearance and thorough product knowledge of leather goods and accessories.
- Flexible availability including evenings, weekends and peak retail periods.
- Right to work in the hiring country and ability to travel locally as required.

Typically 2–4 years of progressively responsible experience in luxury or premium retail sales, with a record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and experience mentoring junior team members.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; tertiary qualification in retail, fashion or business is preferred but not required.
