Role & Responsibilities

  • Coach and mentor junior sales staff; model brand behaviours and contribute to a collaborative, service-driven team environment.

Qualifications

  • Proven track record in luxury or premium retail sales with demonstrable results against targets.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with strong clienteling ability.
  • Professional appearance and thorough product knowledge of leather goods and accessories.
  • Flexible availability including evenings, weekends and peak retail periods.
  • Right to work in the hiring country and ability to travel locally as required.
