Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional, personalised client service and build long-term client relationships through proactive clienteling and after-sales follow-up.
  • Consistently achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets and KPIs through consultative selling and product expertise.
  • Execute visual merchandising standards and maintain presentation of product displays to brand guidelines.
  • Process sales transactions, manage returns/exchanges and ensure accurate use of POS and CRM systems.
  • Support inventory management, stock replenishment, receiving and loss-prevention procedures.
  • Participate in store events, product launches and local marketing initiatives to drive footfall and conversion.
  • Coach and mentor junior sales staff; model brand behaviours and contribute to a collaborative, service-driven team environment.

Qualifications

  • Proven track record in luxury or premium retail sales with demonstrable results against targets.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with strong clienteling ability.
  • Professional appearance and thorough product knowledge of leather goods and accessories.
  • Flexible availability including evenings, weekends and peak retail periods.
  • Right to work in the hiring country and ability to travel locally as required.

Experience
