Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver an exceptional, personalized luxury client experience that cultivates loyalty and repeat business.
- Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets through proactive selling and consultative clienteling.
- Maintain and execute visual merchandising standards, ensuring product presentation aligns with brand directives.
- Manage transactions accurately using the store POS and support omnichannel operations (click & collect, returns).
- Build and maintain an organized client database; follow up on leads, appointments, and after‑sales service.
- Support inventory control activities including receiving, stock replenishment, cycle counts and loss prevention.
- Collaborate with the store leadership team on promotions, campaigns and store projects; mentor junior colleagues.
Qualifications
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a luxury or premium retail environment.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with strong consultative selling and relationship‑building ability.
- High attention to detail and a disciplined approach to visual merchandising and stock management.
- Flexible availability to work retail hours including evenings, weekends and holiday peaks.
- Professional presentation and polished communication in face‑to‑face and digital client interactions.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and to handle routine stock movement (lifting up to typical retail limits).
Skills
Experience
Approximately 3+ years of hands-on sales experience in luxury, premium, or designer retail; demonstrable experience in clienteling, merchandising and achieving sales targets preferred.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent. Post-secondary study in retail, merchandising, fashion or a related discipline is advantageous but not required.
