Role & Responsibilities

- Manage stock on the sales floor and in back-of-house: receive, replenish and conduct inventory checks to ensure product availability and presentation.
- Support daily store operations, including opening/closing procedures, team briefings and participation in promotional events and trunk shows.
- Act as a brand ambassador, demonstrating product knowledge, company history and craftsmanship to clients and colleagues.
- Coach and mentor junior sales staff when required, sharing best practices for client service and selling techniques.
Qualifications
- Proven track record in retail sales, preferably within luxury or premium fashion brands.
- Demonstrable clienteling and relationship-management skills with the ability to cultivate repeat business.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills; professional presentation and demeanor.
- Comfortable working flexible schedules, including evenings, weekends and peak retail periods.
- Strong numeracy and attention to detail for accurate transaction processing and inventory control.

Typically 2–4 years of retail sales experience with at least some exposure to luxury or premium brands; demonstrable success meeting sales targets and managing client relationships.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training or certifications in retail, fashion or customer service are advantageous.
