Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding, personalised client service and cultivate long-term relationships using clienteling techniques.
- Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets through proactive prospecting and consultative selling.
- Maintain exemplary brand presentation: visual merchandising, stock presentation and window standards.
- Process transactions accurately using point-of-sale systems; manage cash handling and end-of-day reconciliation.
- Support inventory control activities including receiving, tagging, replenishment and cycle counts.
- Coach and mentor junior sales colleagues; share product knowledge and selling best practices.
- Coordinate with store leadership on promotional events, client appointments and omnichannel order fulfilment.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years' experience in luxury or premium fashion retail with a proven sales record.
- Demonstrable expertise in clienteling and relationship-driven selling.
- Excellent verbal communication and presentation skills; professional grooming consistent with brand standards.
- Comfort with flexible scheduling including weekends, evenings and peak-season demands.
- Reliable numeracy and attention to detail for transaction accuracy and inventory tasks.
Skills
Experience
Preferably 3+ years of progressive experience in luxury or premium fashion retail, with documented achievement of sales KPIs, client acquisition and retention, and experience mentoring or training junior staff.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education in retail, fashion or business is advantageous.
