Role & Responsibilities

  • Consistently achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets through proactive client engagement and personalised recommendations.
  • Develop and maintain high-value client relationships using clienteling techniques and follow-up to drive repeat business and lifetime value.
  • Deliver an exceptional luxury customer experience aligned with brand standards, including styling consultations and product storytelling.
  • Execute visual merchandising directives and maintain floor presentation to brand guidelines, including seasonal resets and window displays.
  • Process sales transactions, returns and exchanges accurately while ensuring strict adherence to cash-handling and POS procedures.
  • Support inventory control activities: receiving, stock replenishment, cycle counts and shrinkage prevention.
  • Contribute to store operations and events (product launches, trunk shows, private client appointments) and assist in loss-prevention measures.
  • Mentor and support junior sales staff; share best practices to elevate team performance and client service consistency.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years' retail experience, preferably within luxury, premium fashion or accessories.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales KPIs in a retail environment.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with a client-first mindset.
  • Comfortable working flexible schedules including evenings, weekends and holiday periods.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional vocational or retail certifications are advantageous.
