Coach in New York seeks a Sales Associate III to drive sales, deliver bespoke client service and uphold luxury retail standards.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional, personalized client service and build long‑term client relationships through proactive clienteling and follow‑up.
- Consistently achieve and exceed sales targets and KPI metrics through consultative selling and effective conversion strategies.
- Maintain elevated visual merchandising standards and ensure product presentation aligns with brand guidelines.
- Manage daily store operations including POS transactions, accurate cash handling, inventory replenishment and stock integrity.
- Support loss‑prevention protocols and ensure compliance with store policies and brand procedures.
- Contribute to local CRM activities and assist with client events, private appointments and product launches.
- Mentor and support junior team members when required and help communicate promotions, product knowledge and selling techniques.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of retail experience, ideally within a luxury or premium leather‑goods environment.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding individual sales targets and KPIs.
- Strong interpersonal skills with an ability to tailor service to affluent and discerning clients.
- Availability to work retail hours including evenings, weekends and holidays as required.
- Right to work in the United States and ability to travel locally for client appointments or events.
Skills
Experience
At least two years of frontline retail experience, preferably within luxury fashion or leather goods, with documented sales performance and client development experience.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; tertiary study in fashion, retail or business is advantageous but not required.
