Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver exemplary, personalised client service to cultivate long-term relationships and maximise lifetime value.
  • Meet and exceed individual and store sales targets through proactive selling, upselling and cross-selling of Coach product categories.
  • Execute clienteling activities, including follow-up communications, appointment management and targeted outreach to high-potential clients.
  • Maintain authoritative product knowledge across leather goods, accessories and seasonal collections to articulate brand heritage and product features.
  • Support visual merchandising standards and store floor resets to ensure the retail environment reflects brand presentation guidelines.
  • Operate point-of-sale systems, process transactions, handle cash and manage returns with accuracy and discretion.
  • Assist with stock management, inventory counts, replenishment and shrink-prevention procedures.
  • Act as a role model for service behaviours; provide on-floor coaching to junior colleagues when required.

Qualifications

  • Proven track record in retail sales, preferably within luxury or premium fashion (typically 2+ years).
  • Demonstrable ability to meet sales KPIs and work to target-driven objectives.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a consultative selling approach and polished communication.
  • Excellent visual merchandising sensibility and attention to presentation detail.
  • Flexible availability including weekends and peak retail periods; legally authorised to work in the location.

Experience
