Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver personalized, high-touch clienteling and ensure an elevated in-store experience consistent with brand standards.
  • Drive sales performance to meet and exceed individual and store targets through proactive prospecting, follow-up and conversion.
  • Maintain exemplary visual merchandising and product presentation to reflect seasonal directives and flagship positioning.
  • Process transactions accurately, manage returns and maintain a rigorous approach to cash handling and POS operations.
  • Support inventory control, stock replenishment and cycle counts to preserve product integrity and availability.
  • Act as a mentor to junior colleagues, sharing best practices in customer engagement and sales techniques.
  • Represent the brand at client events, trunk shows and private appointments, cultivating long-term relationships.

Qualifications

  • Proven track record of sales success within luxury or premium retail environments.
  • Demonstrable clienteling skills with the ability to cultivate repeat, high-value customers.
