Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional client service through proactive clienteling, personalized selling and follow‑up to build long‑term relationships and repeat business.
- Meet and exceed individual and store sales targets and KPIs through effective conversion, average transaction value improvement and strategic upselling.
- Maintain expert product knowledge of Coach leather goods, accessories and seasonal collections to advise clients and close sales confidently.
- Operate the point‑of‑sale system, process transactions, returns and exchanges accurately; manage cash handling and daily reconciliation.

Qualifications
