Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver exemplary, personalised service to luxury clients and cultivate long-term client relationships through proactive clienteling and follow-up.
  • Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets through consultative selling, product knowledge and upselling.
  • Maintain visual merchandising standards, ensuring product presentation aligns with brand directives and seasonal campaigns.
  • Manage stock activities including receiving, replenishment, inventory counts and accurate record-keeping to support store KPIs.
  • Operate the point-of-sale system, process transactions, returns and exchanges, and ensure accurate cash handling.
  • Support loss-prevention procedures, maintain store housekeeping and compliance with company policies.
  • Act as a mentor to junior sales staff and contribute to in-store training and onboarding when required.

Qualifications

  • Proven track record in a retail sales role, preferably within luxury fashion or accessories.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a professional, service-oriented demeanour.
  • Strong numeracy and attention to detail for accurate transactions and inventory control.
  • Flexibility to work retail hours including evenings, weekends and peak seasonal periods.
