Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exemplary, personalised service to luxury clients and cultivate long-term client relationships through proactive clienteling and follow-up.
- Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets through consultative selling, product knowledge and upselling.
- Maintain visual merchandising standards, ensuring product presentation aligns with brand directives and seasonal campaigns.
- Manage stock activities including receiving, replenishment, inventory counts and accurate record-keeping to support store KPIs.
- Operate the point-of-sale system, process transactions, returns and exchanges, and ensure accurate cash handling.
- Support loss-prevention procedures, maintain store housekeeping and compliance with company policies.
- Act as a mentor to junior sales staff and contribute to in-store training and onboarding when required.
Qualifications
- Proven track record in a retail sales role, preferably within luxury fashion or accessories.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a professional, service-oriented demeanour.
- Strong numeracy and attention to detail for accurate transactions and inventory control.
- Flexibility to work retail hours including evenings, weekends and peak seasonal periods.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team and independently when required.
Skills
Experience
Typically 2+ years of progressive retail sales experience, with preference for candidates who have worked in luxury or premium fashion environments and have demonstrable sales performance.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education or vocational training in retail, fashion or related fields is preferred.
