Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver elevated, personalised client experiences that reflect the Coach brand and drive repeat business through active clienteling and relationship building.
- Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets and KPIs through consultative selling and product expertise.
- Maintain impeccable store standards including visual merchandising, stock presentation and housekeeping to luxury retail benchmarks.
- Operate point-of-sale and payment systems accurately, manage transactions, returns and daily cash handling procedures.
- Support inventory control activities including receiving, tagging, cycle counts and shrinkage prevention.
- Collaborate with store leadership to execute promotions, product launches and omnichannel fulfilment (click & collect, ship-from-store).
- Act as a role model for junior sales staff, providing coaching on selling techniques, product knowledge and service standards when required.
Qualifications
- Proven retail experience in luxury or premium brands, with a demonstrable track record of meeting sales targets.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a polished, client-focused demeanour.
- Ability to perform routine store operational tasks accurately (cash handling, stock management, POS operation).
- Flexible availability including evenings, weekends and peak seasonal periods; legally authorized to work in the hire country.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional retail or fashion-focused training is advantageous.

Experience
Typically 2+ years of frontline retail experience with at least some tenure in luxury or premium fashion; demonstrated success converting high-value transactions and maintaining client portfolios.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; vocational or post-secondary coursework in retail, fashion, or hospitality is a plus.
