Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional, personalized client service to meet and exceed store sales targets and KPIs.
  • Develop and maintain a curated client book through proactive clienteling, follow-up communications and appointment setting.
  • Demonstrate authoritative product knowledge across leather goods, ready-to-wear and accessories to advise clients and close sales.
  • Operate cash register and POS systems accurately; process transactions, returns and exchanges in accordance with store policy.
  • Support visual merchandising standards and ensure the boutique reflects brand presentation guidelines.
  • Manage inventory activities including receiving, stock replenishment, cycle counts and loss-prevention practices.
  • Contribute to store performance through teamwork, participation in promotional initiatives and coaching junior staff when required.

Qualifications

  • Proven retail sales record in luxury or premium fashion (typically 2+ years preferred).
  • Polished interpersonal presentation and strong client relationship skills.
  • Flexible availability including weekends, evenings and peak retail periods.

Experience
