Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional, personalized client service to meet and exceed store sales targets and KPIs.
- Develop and maintain a curated client book through proactive clienteling, follow-up communications and appointment setting.
- Demonstrate authoritative product knowledge across leather goods, ready-to-wear and accessories to advise clients and close sales.
- Operate cash register and POS systems accurately; process transactions, returns and exchanges in accordance with store policy.
- Support visual merchandising standards and ensure the boutique reflects brand presentation guidelines.
- Manage inventory activities including receiving, stock replenishment, cycle counts and loss-prevention practices.
- Contribute to store performance through teamwork, participation in promotional initiatives and coaching junior staff when required.
Qualifications
- Proven retail sales record in luxury or premium fashion (typically 2+ years preferred).
- Polished interpersonal presentation and strong client relationship skills.
- Flexible availability including weekends, evenings and peak retail periods.
- Right to work in the job location without sponsorship.
Skills
Experience
Typically 2+ years of progressive sales experience in luxury or premium retail; experience building repeat clientele and meeting sales KPIs is expected. Prior exposure to branded boutiques and high-value transactions is highly desirable.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent required; tertiary education in retail, fashion, hospitality or business is a plus.
