Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional, personalised client service to cultivate long-term relationships and repeat business through proactive clienteling and follow-up.
- Consistently achieve and exceed individual sales targets and contribute to the store’s commercial objectives through effective selling techniques and pipeline management.
- Maintain exquisite product knowledge, advising clients on product features, styling and care to support conversion and average transaction value.

- Operate point-of-sale systems, process transactions accurately, manage returns and ensure cash-handling integrity.

- Coach and mentor junior sales staff, share best practices and contribute to a collaborative, high-performance retail team environment.
Qualifications
- Proven track record of luxury or premium retail sales with demonstrable achievements against targets.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with a client-focused mindset.
- Flexible availability including weekends, evenings and peak retail periods; willingness to work on a retail rota.
- Right to work in the hiring country and ability to pass any required background checks.

Typically 3+ years of hands-on experience in luxury or premium retail environments, with a history of meeting sales targets; prior experience mentoring colleagues or taking on senior associate responsibilities is preferred.
Education
