Role & Responsibilities

  • Operate point-of-sale systems, process transactions accurately, manage returns and ensure cash-handling integrity.
  • Support loss-prevention procedures and maintain compliance with company policies and local retail regulations.
  • Coach and mentor junior sales staff, share best practices and contribute to a collaborative, high-performance retail team environment.

Qualifications

  • Proven track record of luxury or premium retail sales with demonstrable achievements against targets.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with a client-focused mindset.
  • Flexible availability including weekends, evenings and peak retail periods; willingness to work on a retail rota.
  • Right to work in the hiring country and ability to pass any required background checks.

Experience
