Role & Responsibilities

- Maintain boutique standards: execute visual merchandising, product presentation, and inventory replenishment to brand guidelines.
- Operate POS and process transactions accurately, including returns, exchanges and private sales; ensure cash handling and reconciliation procedures are followed.
- Support daily store operations including stock intake, loss-prevention practices, housekeeping and support for store events or product launches.
- Collaborate with management on sales initiatives, reporting, and delivering feedback from clients to inform merchandising and service improvements.
Qualifications
- Proven ability to deliver exceptional client service with a polished, professional presentation.
- Demonstrable track record of meeting or exceeding retail sales targets, preferably within a luxury or premium brand.
- Strong verbal communication and relationship-building skills; diplomatic and discreet with high-net-worth clients.
- Flexible availability to work retail schedules including evenings, weekends and peak holiday periods.
- Authorization to work in the United States (if applying for the New York role).
Skills
Experience
Minimum of 2 years of retail sales experience, with preference for candidates who have sold luxury or premium accessories and demonstrated progressive responsibility in sales or client management.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training in retail, fashion or visual merchandising preferred.
