Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional, personalised client experiences through proactive clienteling, follow-up and relationship cultivation to drive repeat business.
  • Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets through consultative selling, cross-selling and effective upselling.
  • Maintain brand presentation standards: execute visual merchandising directives, ensure product presentation and floor readiness, and uphold store housekeeping.
  • Operate point-of-sale systems accurately, manage transactions, returns and cash handling with strict adherence to loss-prevention policies.
  • Support inventory activities including receiving, stock replenishment, cycle counts and accurate stock recordkeeping.
  • Contribute to store initiatives and events, and assist in executing promotional activities and private client appointments.
  • Provide informal coaching and support to less-experienced colleagues; model brand standards and professional behaviours on the sales floor.

Qualifications

  • Minimum high school diploma or equivalent; tertiary education in fashion, retail or related field is advantageous.
  • Minimum 2 years of retail sales experience; prior luxury or leather-goods experience strongly preferred.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a customer-facing retail environment.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a polished, client-focused manner.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays and to stand for extended periods.

Experience

At least two years of hands-on retail experience, ideally within a luxury or premium-brand environment, demonstrating consistent sales performance and client relationship-building capabilities.

Education

High school diploma or equivalent; tertiary study in fashion, retail, business or a related discipline is a plus.
